RECENT CHANGES AND PRODUCTION URBAN SPACE IN AREA 06 AND ON THE NEW CENTRE IN MARINGÃ (PR)

Abstract

Maringá city (PR) is the product of constant space transformations, especially in construction and in the process of vertical integration. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify how trigger the actions and strategies of developers in search of new areas in intraurban space. Recalling that, along with the state, are the main agents of the urban space production in Maringá ( PR ) , a city located in north central meso context of Paraná . Nevertheless, it is necessary , in the context of geographical science , revealing the interrelations between society and space , according to socioeconomic and territorial transformations in the production of space , being the focus of discussion the production of the vertical axis and the New Center Area 06 . The research is structured into three methodological frameworks, being a theoretical and methodological framework, a technical reference and a empirical referent.
