In this paper, we introduce a new class of sequence spaces of complex uncertain valued functions based on lacunary sequences and higher-order difference operators. We define an uncertain modular and corresponding Luxemburg norm to study the geometric and topological structure of the space. We investigate properties such as $k$-nearly uniform convexity ($k$-NUC), reflexivity, property $(\beta)$, and drop property. We also show that the space is not rotund in general.
