The aim of this analysis was to verify juvenile, junior and senior judoists’ performance in upper body Wingate test. Significant differences (p < 0.05) in mean absolute power (MAP) and peak absolute power (PAP) resulted from the comparison between juvenile and senior groups. There was no difference when mean power (MRP) and peak power (PRP) were expressed through body mass. The results led to the conclusion that athletes above seventeen display anaerobic power similar to junior and senior athletes with regard to body mass.Downloads
