The principles of technical training applied to judo and its interrelation to the training phases

The technical training main goal is to acquire means of motor solutions to olve the tasks and problems in sport. Basing on methodological and neurophysiological considerations, the training should be divided in order to achieve the technique - acquisition - for its application. The technical abilities development leads to an automatization and eventual practice of variants in competitions. The modern concepts of movement coordenation and motor-learning processes offer a set of rules and practices to be adopted in the elaboration of training plans. In the sportive methodology, alternatives are used to solve teaching-learning problems related to “Roth’s ABC” and to the thematical categories. Judo’s stroke techniques applied to a sequential learning model, will favour the action/answer during this training process, providing a better performance to the practitioners of this sport.Downloads
