In this way, based on the methodological tools of the Social History of education, a multiplicity of sources are used that seek to understand the teaching practices of the Society in the period. The sources used will be documents extracted from various Spanish and American repositories, the General Constitutions of the Society, the Ratio Atque Institutio Studiorum and some particular Constitutions that will be complemented with a bibliographic analysis and personal interviews
