Conditions for a humorous discourse analysis

This paper has the purpose to discuss some issues related to humorous discourse analysis such as the methodology, the criteria of corpora selection and the object nature. For that, based on the relationship between discourse and laughter, we sought to outline a problematic framework and confronted certain perspectives of Discourse Analysis with theories and works about laughter, comic, and humor... and thus, present ways to see the humorous discourse in a ‘linguageira’ perspective, highlighting the role of the comedian as well as of annalist subject.
