Abstract

This essay suggests that the multifaceted, fragmented and heterogeneous form that characterizes the originality of the novel Serafim Ponte Grande, by Oswald de Andrade, can also be read as a mimetic result of a process of apprehension in a subjective way that is evident and predominant from of the 20^th century
